ROE Series

The ROE series features our standard heaters for oil and water with attached control box. On site only the connecting pipes and the power cable are to be installed. The controls are designed to achieve perfect temperature precision and a long lifetime of the switching elements.

4600 series

The 4600 series is our standard electric heater for almost any liquid. With a heating range from 1 kW up to 200 kW and a very low and even surface load it is the perfect choice to heat up delicate fluids like lubrication oil. Available also in stainless steel and for high pressure applications.

4600 WR series

The 4600 WR series is used for water or similar liquids. It is available with heating power up to 600 kW. Versions with stainless steel vessels and for high pressures are available. Raw water, bilge water, emulsions or pharmaceutical liquids: The 4600 WR series can be used for almost any application.

4600 TT

This type is a special version of the 4600 series, for which special materials are selected and thermal decoupling of the mountings is provided, in order to make it suitable for use with very low media temperatures. For example, applications are possible on climate-controlled test rigs for media temperatures from – 50 to +100°C.

DKW 3

These units are used to preheat the cooling water circuits of injection nozzle systems, as well as for cooling in continuous operation. In principle, these units can be used for other applications when precise temperature control in the range 20 – 60 °C is required, and there is an external cooling water circuit available.

DKW 8

The DKW8 nozzle cooling units is used for large diesel engines and multiple engine installations. It features twin pumps, an optional preheating system and separate return lines with flow switches for each injection system.

KVE

The KVE units are used to keep the temperature of cooling water circuits in large diesel engines at operating value. This means the engines remain ready to start at any time. The KVE series is available with heating power from 3 to 600 kW. The circulation pump and power unit are integrated and perfectly adapted for the application.

KVES

High-performance continuous flow heaters for preheating cooling water for diesel engines or as the central heating water supply for test rigs or wind tunnels (e.g. radiator performance test in the bodywork sections of race cars). The heaters are available with individual power levels from 3 kW to 600 kW and an optional control unit.

KVD/T/H

Like the electric units, the KVT/KVH/ KVD series can be used to preheat any kind of liquid filled circuit. Instead of the electric heating elements, we use heat exchangers. The units are equipped with a heat exchanger, control system, pump and control valve.

DEA

We make ELWA pressure boost systems in a wide range of product variants. We combine pumps, expansion vessels, control valves and controllers into efficient units that deliver a reliable supply of technical water to buildings or production machines.

DEA

DEA units can be adapted to the designated application. Options are: Multiple pumps, frequency controlled pumps, PLC controls and sensors for flow, pressure and temperature, fieldbus interfaces..

DA-MKV

ELWA dosing systems provide aqueous media at an exact temperature, with high precision, for a large number of industrial processes. Even when high dosing pressures are involved, the systems still achieve reproducible precision over a broad control range.

Cool Sea

In cooperation with a partner company, ELWA develops units which can use seawater as a heat source and cooling medium to achieve significant energy savings in building complexes. This is a synergy of our expertise in maritime and industrial applications.

BF-Booster

The bio-fuel boosters are developments of the fuel modules that we have been supplying for maritime propulsion or diesel engine power plants over many years in collaboration with long-term partners. This series has been specially designed for fuels of biological original that are as corrosive as they are sensitive.

RT

Compact & mobile system for preheating gearboxes and engines on the test rig and on the racing track. Additional functions: flushing test rigs with clean oil, evacuating the external system with compressed air. With adjustable pump power and heated tank with level monitoring. Operation via touch display.

EVM-3

The EVM-3 Viscosimeter is specialized for the inline-measurement of fuels for large diesel engines. The extremely rugged design ensures a long operating life. The units provide precise measurement even under harsh operating conditions. Parts can be replaced without re-calibration of the unit.

Controls

ELWA designs and manufactures control equipment for own products or for applications of partner companies. The product range includes power switch cabinets, electronic controllers or PLC controls. Our customers benefit from over 40 years of experience in the design of control equipment.

P.A.P.S.

The P.A.P.S. Pressure peeak damper offers a highly effective way to filter destructive pressure peaks from fuel systems. The units work fully autonomous and protect other equipment in the piping system against pressure peaks up to 1.200 bar
